Advanced Fixtures, Inc., is an in-store fixture manufacturer that is located in Farmersville, TX that has the capability to execute all elements of a project from design, engineering, prototyping, production, delivery and installation of in store fixtures. This could include fixtures for a single location, a chain of stores, or a major national rollout. With our broad range of experience working with national accounts, combined with in-depth knowledge and understanding of cabinetry and millwork, Advanced Fixtures provides each client with an array of top-notch services.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled custom assembler to join our team at AFI to assemble custom retail store fixtures per specified drawings. Associate should be well experienced with cabinetmaking skills, processes, and must exhibit a general understanding of the woodworking industry.

Shifts:

Monday thru Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm. Fridays and Saturdays as required by workload will be considered Overtime.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Able to work safely with a moderate level of supervision required.
• Safely and efficiently operate all required hand tools at a high skill level (nail guns, cordless drills, belt sanders, etc.)
• Read and understand all parts of a work order packet including drawings, cut lists and bills of material.
• Based on skillset, oversee 3-4 associates within a work cell, demonstrating quality workmanship while working at a pace consistent with co-workers.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by following processes and guidelines.
• A solid work ethic and self-motivated candidate is essential for this position.
