Job Posting – CNC Machine Operator

Advanced Fixtures, Inc., is an in-store fixture manufacturer that is located in Farmersville, TX that has the capability to execute all elements of a project from design, engineering, prototyping, production, delivery and installation of in store fixtures. This could include fixtures for a single location, a chain of stores, or a major national rollout. With our broad range of experience working with national accounts, combined with in-depth knowledge and understanding of cabinetry and millwork, Advanced Fixtures provides each client with an array of top-notch services.

Job Description:

Operation of CNC machinery used in the milling of wood parts for custom retail store fixtures

Shifts:

Monday thru Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm. Fridays and Saturdays as required by workload will be considered Overtime.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Associate must exhibit a general understanding of the woodworking industry and be able to work safely with a moderate level of supervision required.
• Safely and efficiently operate machinery while understanding all parts of a work order packet including drawings, cut lists and bills of material.
• Demonstrate an ability to read blueprints and drawings to validate the specified colors, materials, and dimensions are being used.
• Setup machine for daily operation and perform any operator maintenance as needed.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by following processes and guidelines.
• A solid work ethic and self-motivated candidate is essential for this position.
• Demonstrate quality workmanship while working at a pace consistent with co-workers.
