Job Posting – Production Engineer

Advanced Fixtures, Inc., is an in-store fixture manufacturer that is located in Farmersville, TX that has the capability to execute all elements of a project from design, engineering, prototyping, production, delivery and installation of in-store fixtures. This could include fixtures for a single location, a chain of stores, or a major national rollout. With our broad range of experience working with national accounts, combined with in-depth knowledge and understanding of cabinetry and millwork, Advanced Fixtures provides each client with an array of top-notch services.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate engineering drawings, part details, cut lists, routers, and CNC programs based on product specifications and established production standards. Translate concepts and product requirements into production-ready designs, identify and resolve manufacturing challenges, and ensure all engineered components meet company standards. Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, and Production teams to support new product development, improve manufacturing processes, and successfully implement new engineering procedures.

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred
• Store Fixture/Cabinet manufacturing, engineering and/or installation experience required
• ERP systems experience such as Global Shop a plus
• AutoCAD proficiency required
• Homag IX and WoodWop proficiency preferred
• Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Demonstrated oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and ability to work with little or no supervision
• Understand verbal and written process instructions
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
