Job Description:
The production supervisor manages the production process of retail store fixtures in a manner that ensures high productivity, product quality, construction and timely delivery of orders. Work safely with little to no supervision while focusing on exceeding customer expectations. Manage overtime, labor utilization and operating expenses to not exceed established budgets. Associate must exhibit a general understanding of the woodworking industry and be able to work safely with a low level of supervision required.
